Apple Tapioca

Ingredients
  Tart apples 6
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Quick cooking tapioca 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Peel and slice the apples.
2) Arrange in a baking dish.
3) Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and cinnamon and dot with butter.
4) Read the package directions and prepare the tapioca.
5) Pour the mix over the apples.
6) Place in the oven at 350 degrees and bake till the apples are soft.

SERVING
7) Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
