Onions And Apples
|Sliced onions||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peeled apple slices||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter/Bacon fat||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Put onions and apples in skillet with fat; cover and simmer over low heat, stirring, until apples are soft and onions tender but not too brown, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt, add sugar, stir, and serve with meat.
