Apple Slices

Ingredients
  Apple 1 , sliced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger slice 3 , julienned
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggnog 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a frypan melt the butter and add the ginger.
2. Lay in the apple slices stirring well.
MAKING
3. On each side gently sauté and pour in 2 tablespoons brandy.
4. Set alight.
SERVING
5. Onto a plate pour some eggnog and arrange the apple slices on top.
6. Scatter with a little sugar, decorate with the ginger and serve.
