Citrus Wassail Bowl
|Apple cider||4 Quart|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen lemon-juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen orange-juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Tablespoon|
Put cider, sugar, and fruit juices (undiluted) in kettle.
Tie cloves and allspice in a small cheesecloth bag.
Add to cider with nutmeg.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove spice bag.
Serve beverage hot in mugs with a cinnamon stick in each mug.
Makes twenty-four 6-ounce mugs.
