Apple Roly Poly
|Baking mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tart apples||5 Large, peeled, cored, finely chopped|
Prepare biscuit mix as directed on package.
On lightly floured board, roll dough into 1/4 inch oblong (about 10x12 inches).
Spread with honey to within 1 inch of the edges of dough.
Combine spices and sugar.
Toss with apples.
Spread apples evenly over the honey, and dot apples with butter.
Roll up like a jelly roll and seal well.
Bake in greased pan with sides at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Slice and serve hot with whipped cream, hot lemon, or vanilla sauce.
