Falling Leaves Carrots And Apples

Ingredients
  Frozen sliced carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed
  Peeled, cored and coarsely diced tart apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (3 Small Ones)
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon bits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Hormel)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine carrots, apples, and apple juice.
Stir in bacon bits, onion, and parsley flakes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
