Angel Food Delight
|Angel food cake||1|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint|
|Chocolate chips||12 Ounce (2 Small Packages)|
Melt the chocolate chips and sugar in double boiler, remove from fire.
Add 3 beaten egg yolks.
Cool for 5 minutes, then fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add whipped cream.
Break small chunks of angel food into large shallow baking dish.
Cover with chocolate mixture.
Build in layers, finishing with chocolate mixture.
Chill over night.
