Apples With Calvados
|Butter||50 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Eating apples||2 Pound, peeled, cored and sliced (900 Gram)|
|Sugar||50 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄2|
Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
Add the apples, sugar and lemon rind and cook for about 4 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice, until the apples begin to change color.
Pour over the Calvados, cook for 2 minutes more and serve at once.
