Apple Cheese Entree

Ingredients
  Apple slices 5
  Cheese 50 Gram
  Yoghurt/Sour cream 25 Gram
  Butter 10 Gram
  Whole wheat breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and core the apples but do not peel.
Slice and dip in lemon juice.
Arrange in alternate layers with the cheese.
Crumbs, yoghurt salt is mixed together and poured over all.
Dot with butter and bake at 350° F.
for 30 minutes.
