Raisin Filled Apples
|Raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking apples||4 Large (Cored)|
Mix the first four ingredients.
Peel off a strip around top of apples.
Place apples in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; fill centers with nut mixture.
Micro-cook, covered, till tender, 5 to 6 minutes; give dish a half turn twice.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
