Baked Apples

Ingredients
  Red apples 4 Large
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Red currant jam 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Core each apple well to make a hole through, and fill each hole with 2 teaspoons of butter and 2 teaspoons jam.
Place apples in an earthenware casserole.
Mix sugar, water and remaining jam together and spoon around the apple.
Cover and cook on the grid over medium hot coals for 40-45 minutes, until tender.
