One Bowl Apple Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
|Canned apple pie filling||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick, At Room Temperature)|
For cake: Preheat oven to 350°F .
Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well.
Turn into prepared dish and bake until cake tests done, about 1 hour .
For frosting: Combine remaining ingredients and mix to spreading consistency .
