Orange Flavored Baked Apples

Ingredients
  Baking apples 4 Small
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 Small, sliced
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Core the apples and remove one-fourth of the top peel.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Combine the juice, water, and cinnamon; pour over the apples.
Arrange the orange slices around the apples to help flavor the liquid.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake about 20-30 minutes or until fork-tender.
