Cinnamon Apple Cups

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 2 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Red cinnamon candies 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unsweetened applesauce 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cup)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Broken california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water.
Stir in applesauce, lemon juice, and salt.
Chill till partially set.
Form cream cheese in tiny balls.
Stir cheese balls and nuts into gelatin mixture.
Spoon into small molds and chill till firm.
Serve on fruit-salad tray.
