Prune, Apple And Cinnamon Smoothie
|Prunes||2 1⁄2 Ounce (65 Gram Ready To Eat Variety)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Pinch|
|Apple juice||12 Fluid Ounce (350 Milliliter)|
|Greek yogurt||3 Tablespoon|
Roughly chop the prunes and place with the cinnamon in a large bowl.
Pour over the apple juice, cover and allow to stand overnight.
Place the prune and apple juice mixture with the yogurt in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon, if liked.
