Coconut Crusted Apple Dessert

Ingredients
  Tart apples 6 Large, peeled, cored, and sliced
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heap apples in greased 8-inch round baking dish 2 inches deep.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, spices, and 2 tablespoons flour; sprinkle over apples.
Pour orange juice over all.
For the topping, blend 1/2 cup brown sugar, the butter, and 1/3 cup flour with a fork until crumbly.
Stir in coconut.
Spread over apples.
Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425° F.) 20 minutes.
Remove foil; bake about 15 minutes longer.
