Raw Apple and Black Walnut Cream

|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Honey||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Tart eating apples||4 Medium, peeled and cored|
|Black walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Combine yogurt, lemon juice and honey, mixing well to blend.
Shred apples right into yogurt mixture, stirring after each addition, to keep apples from discoloring.
Stir in nuts and serve immediately.
