Quick Stuffed Apple
|Tart green apple||1 Large|
|Maple syrup||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Using a sharp knife and working from the stem end, remove most of the core from the apple (leave about 1/2" at the bottom intact).
Fill the cavity with the raisins.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the raisins.
Place in a small bowl.
Cover with wax paper, tucking the ends under the apple.
Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender.
Sprinkle with the granola.
Add milk (if using) and serve warm.
