Creamed Glazed Apple And Pork Saute

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple 1 Small, cored, pared, and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  Granulated brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boneless cooked pork 8 Ounce, cut into strips
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 9- or 10-inch nonstick skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and saute until translucent.
Add apple slices and brown sugar and stir to combine; sprinkle with flour and stir quickly to combine.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes; gradually stir in apple juice.
Add sherry and bring to a boil.
Add pork, salt, and pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Stir in yogurt and heat thoroughly (do not boil).
