Buttercup Squash With Apples

Ingredients
  Buttercup squash 1⁄2 Pound (Small Squash)
  Chopped tart apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Teaspoon, softened
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Remove seeds and fibers from squash; cut in half.
Place squash, cut sides up, in 9 X 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into squash pieces.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 2 minutes; rotate pie plate 1/2 turn.
Microwave until tender, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Spoon juices over squash.
