Apple Cream Cheese Sandwiches
|Tart apple||1 Medium, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Pumpernickel/Raisin bread||8 (Plain Or Toasted)|
1. In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices with the lemon juice, and set aside.
2. Mix the cream cheese with the honey in a small bowl, and spread the mixture on 4 slices of the bread. Drain the apples, and place them on the cream cheese. Top with the remaining bread.
