Apple Cinnamon Popovers

Ingredients
  Thawed frozen egg substitute 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unsweetened applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  1% buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Low-fat buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (1% Milk Fat)
  Reduced-calorie margarine 8 Teaspoon, melted and cooled (Tub, 2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray four 10-ounce custard cups with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. In blender process all ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/4 of batter into each prepared cup. Set cups on baking sheet and bake in middle of center oven rack for 25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
3. Using a knife, pierce the top of each popover to allow steam to escape; bake 5 minutes longer.
