Butternut Squash With Apples

Ingredients
  Butternut squash 2 Pound
  Chopped hazelnuts/Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All purpose apple 1 Medium, chopped to make 1 cup (Unpared, Red Variety)
Directions

1. Prepare and microwave squash for Winter Squash except do not let stand.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Cover tightly and microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until margarine is melted and mixture is hot; stir. Cut squash halves in half. Spoon apple mixture over squash.
