Butternut Squash With Apples
|Butternut squash||2 Pound|
|Chopped hazelnuts/Sliced almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|All purpose apple||1 Medium, chopped to make 1 cup (Unpared, Red Variety)|
1. Prepare and microwave squash for Winter Squash except do not let stand.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Cover tightly and microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until margarine is melted and mixture is hot; stir. Cut squash halves in half. Spoon apple mixture over squash.
