Snow Apple

Ingredients
  Apple brandy 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)
  Egg white 1⁄2
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed ice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Put all the ingredients into an electric blender.
Whirl for 15 seconds and pour into a chilled glass.
