|Apples||6 Cup (96 tbs), sliced (peeled 6 medium ,)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits||5 Ounce (pillsbury)|
In large saucepan, combine apple slices, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and water.
Heat to boiling.
Separate biscuits; place on top of apples.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy.
Invert biscuits; spoon biscuits and apples into dessert dishes.
Spoon cooking liquid over biscuits.
Serve with cream, if desired.
