Apple Bitter

Ingredients
  Apple brandy 2 Ounce (60 Milliliter, Calvados Or Applejack)
  Angostura bitters 2 Dash
  Soda water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour the brandy and bitters into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Add a little soda and mix well.
Twist the lemon peel above the glass, then drop it in.
