Apple Sour

Ingredients
  Apple brandy 2 Ounce (60ml, calvados or applejack)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon slice 1⁄2
Directions

Put the brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with lemon slice.
