Apple Clafouti

Ingredients
  Apples 3 Medium, peeled, cored, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Raisin bread slice 2 , cubed
  Eggs 3
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

In large skillet, cook apples in margarine until crisp-tender.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
Layer apples in greased casserole; top with bread cubes.
In small bowl, beat eggs until well blended.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and lemon peel; mix well.
Beat in milk.
Pour over bread cubes.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Store in refrigerator.
