Flaming Apples

Ingredients
  Dessert apples 4 , peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  Butter 2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Rum 3 Tablespoon
  Apple jelly 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt the butter in the chafing dish, put in the apples and cook until well browned on both sides.
This should only take a few minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar and add the rum.
Heat for a few seconds then flame.
When the flames have died down remove the apples
