|Dessert apples||4 , peeled, cored and thinly sliced|
|Butter||2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Apple jelly||2 Tablespoon|
Melt the butter in the chafing dish, put in the apples and cook until well browned on both sides.
This should only take a few minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar and add the rum.
Heat for a few seconds then flame.
When the flames have died down remove the apples
