Apple, Brie, And Pecan Quesadillas
|Flour tortillas||6 (6-inch size)|
|Brie||4 Ounce, shredded, place cheese in freezer for 15 minutes for easier shredding (including rind)|
|Pecans||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Tart apple||1 Medium, peeled, cored, and grated (such as Granny Smith)|
Preheat griddle on appropriate setting for 5 minutes, then adjust to cook setting.
Place three tortillas on griddle and sprinkle each with cheese, nuts, and grated apple, divided evenly.
Top each with another tortilla.
Cook 4 minutes or until cheese melts, turning after 2 minutes.
Cut each quesadilla into six wedges; serve warm.
