Maple Glazed Pork With Apples

  Maple syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Spicy brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pork cutlets 16 Ounce (4 Pieces, 4 Ounce Each)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Golden delicious apples 2 Medium, each cored and cut into 16 wedges
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk, and set aside.
Place breadcrumbs in a large zip-top plastic bag.
Add pork; seal bag, and shake to coat pork with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add pork, and cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Add cider and apple wedges; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pork is done.
Add maple syrup mixture, and cook 5 minutes or until thick and syrupy.
Sprinkle with parsley.
