Wild Apple Relish

Ingredients
  Wild tart apples 12 Cup (192 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Pound
  Oranges 3
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Quarter unpeeled apples and remove core.
Grind apples in food grinder along with oranges and raisins.
Add sugar, cinnamon and vinegar.
Mix well.
Let stand overnight at room temperature.
Refrigerate.
Keeps well up to two weeks.
