Braised Cabbage & Apples
|Red cooking apple||1 Large, diced (Such As Rome Or Golden Delicious)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Cabbage head||1 Medium, thinly sliced (Green Or Red)|
|Savory herb||1 Cup (16 tbs) (With Garlic Soup Mix)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook apple and onion, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, then savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with water and apple juice.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer
