Brandied Apples And Pears

Ingredients
  Bosc pears 2 , peeled, cored and quartered
  Golden delicious apples 2 , peeled, cored and quartered
  Rome apples 2 , peeled, cored and quartered
  Golden raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Apricot preserves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Calvados 3 Tablespoon (Apple Brandy)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, and cook over low heat 30 minutes or until fruit is soft, stirring occasionally.
