Prepare mix according to package directions, substituting apple juice for the liquid; stir in the chopped apple.
Turn into 4 greased and lightly floured 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
While still warm, drizzle with Apple.
Glaze: Add enough apple juice to 1 cup confectioners' sugar to make of pourable consistency.
