Apple Leather

Ingredients
  Apple sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Spread 1/2 inch in shallow pan.
Bake in slow oven 1/2 day.
Take out and roll in powdered sugar like a jelly roll.
Nuts may be added.
Slice thin.
Use as a confection.
