Traditional Wassail Bowl
|Whole cloves||3 Dozen|
|Apple juice||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned pineapple juice||40 Ounce (2 Cans, 20 Ounce Each)|
|Cranberry juice||16 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Stud each orange with 12 cloves.
Put in baking pan with a little water in bottom and heat in oven 30 minutes.
Combine apple juice and cinnamon sticks in large saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
