Wild Apple Tapioca

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Quick-cooking tapioca 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wild apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and sliced
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix sugar, water, salt and tapioca; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Arrange apples and tapioca mixture in alternate layers in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with margarine.
Bake in 350°F.oven for 1 1/2 hours.
