Wild Apple Tapioca

|Granulated sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Quick-cooking tapioca||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wild apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and sliced|
Mix sugar, water, salt and tapioca; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Arrange apples and tapioca mixture in alternate layers in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with margarine.
Bake in 350°F.oven for 1 1/2 hours.
