Ingredients
  Firm apples 10 Large
  Produce protector 5 Ounce (Fresh Fruit Brand)
  Skor bars 3
  Caramel┬ádip 16 Ounce (1 Container)
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce, softened (1 Brick)
Directions

Use an apple wedger to core and slice apples.
Place apples in a large bowl.
Sprinkle generously with Fruit Fresh; toss to prevent apples from browning.
Cover and refrigerate.
Use a rolling pin to crush Skor bars between two sheets of waxed paper; set aside.
Use an electric mixer to blend caramel with cream cheese until smooth.
Mound caramel mixture in the center of a large platter.
Sprinkle crushed Skor bars on top.
Arrange apple slices around the caramel, and you are ready for dipping.
