Maple Walnut Apple Cream
|Red apples/Golden delicious apples||4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Maple syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
1. Toss apples with lemon juice in medium mixing bowl.
2. Beat whipping cream in a small chilled bowl until thickened. Add maple syrup and continue beating until stiff peaks are formed.
3. Mix walnuts with apples and fold into whipped cream. Chill until ready to serve.
