Apple Macaroon Dessert

Ingredients
  Sliced peeled apples 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sifted flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sweetened whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sweetened
Directions

Arrange apples in 9" pie plate.
Combine 1/2 c.sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Top with pecans and coconut.
Cream butter until fluffy.
Gradually beat in 1/2 c.sugar.
Add egg, flour and vanilla; mix well.
Spread over apple mixture.
Bake in 350° oven 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
