1. Preheat oven to 375Â° F.
2. Wash and dry apples; pierce skins with fork. Remove core of each to within 1/2 inch of bottom. Place apples in baking dish.
3. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar replacement, diet margarine and cinnamon. Fill center of each apple with one-fourth of sugar mixture. Pour boiling water into baking pan to depth of 1/4 inch.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are fork-tender, basting with pan juices several times during cooking.
