Apple Crunch

Ingredients
  Apples 5 Large, peeled, cored and sliced
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornflakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Diet margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Arrange apple slices in 8-inch pie plate; pour in apple juice.
3. In medium bowl, mix together cornflakes, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in melted diet margarine with fork.
4. Spread cornflake mixture over apples; bake for 30 minutes, until apples are tender and crust is crisp.
