Apple Raisin Squares With Walnuts

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Granulated fructose/Twin sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Apple pie spice/1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Egg substitute/1 large egg, beaten 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Nonfat milk/Rice milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced snipped orange zest 1 Tablespoon, or grated
  Tub margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted (Soft)
  Sweet apples 2 Large, peeled, cored, and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces (Yellow Or Red Delicious, Fuji, Or Gala)
  Golden raisins 32 (Count Them)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Oil or spray a 9 x 9 x 2-inch ovenproof dish or baking pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
Add sugar substitute and spice.
Whisk together until thoroughly mixed.
In a large bowl, use a fork or whisk to beat together egg substitute, milk, vanilla, almond extract, orange zest, and margarine.
Stir in apple pieces raisins, and walnuts.
Mix well.
Pour all at once into the dry ingredients.
Stir and mix until all flour is moistened.
Mixture will be thick and chunky.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread out evenly.
Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes.
Cut into 16 squares.
Squares will have tasty, moist centers.
