Nut Apple Breakfast
|Sunflower seed kernels||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Unblanched almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Pumpkin seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Date sugar/Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried apples||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a hand grinder or food processor, grind the sunflower seed kernels, sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Stir in the wheat germ and date sugar.
2. Grind the apples until fine in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Add with raisins to nut mixture. Mix well.
