Nut Apple Breakfast

Ingredients
  Sunflower seed kernels 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Unblanched almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Hazelnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Pumpkin seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 2 Tablespoon
  Date sugar/Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dried apples 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a hand grinder or food processor, grind the sunflower seed kernels, sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Stir in the wheat germ and date sugar.
2. Grind the apples until fine in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Add with raisins to nut mixture. Mix well.
