Healthy Baked Apples

Ingredients
  Apples 2 (hollowed)
  Butter 10 Milliliter (2 teaspoons)
  Cinnamon 2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Using small knife score apples around middle to prevent skin from splitting during cooking.
Place apples in casserole and sprinkle remaining ingredients over.
Cover and microwave 9 minutes.
When apples are cooked, cut each into half and serve as garnish with flounder filets.
