Ingredients
  Cooking apples 4 , peeled and quartered
  Minute tapioca 1 Teaspoon
  Diet red pop 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Simmer apples in pop until almost tender.
Stir in tapioca and cook one minute.
Cool and serve with low calorie whipped topping.
