Baked Apple Dumpling
|Orange juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Dough||50 Gram (For 1 Biscuit)|
Combine raisins and orange juice in saucepan.
Heat to a boil.
Add sugar replacement.
Allow to rest while preparing remaining ingredients.
Core apple; with a fork or toothpick, prick inside the apple cavity.
On floured board, roll biscuit dough very thin and large enough to wrap around apple.
Place apple in center of dough.
Fill apple cavity with raisin mixture.
Wrap dough around apple and secure at top.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
