Ingredients
  Unsweetened applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix together the applesauce, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Soften the gelatin in cold water for five minutes.
Add the hot water and stir until it is dissolved.
Then add the water and gelatin to the applesauce mixture.
Refrigerate the mixture.
When it begins to stiffen, beat it until light.
