Squash-N-Apple Saute

Squash-N-Apple Sauté seriously looks yummy. Squash-N-Apple Sauté gets a 5 in my books. Don't wait to try it!
  Sweet dumplings/Golden nugget squash 2
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Apples 2 Large, cored and chopped (Jonathan Or Delicious)
  Leek 1 , sliced (White Part Only)
  Wine/White or rose 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon

Halve each squash; cook halves, covered in a small amount of boiling water for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt butter.
Add apples and leek slices and saute for 5 minutes.
Add wine and seasonings, cook 3 minutes more.
Reserving shells, scoop out squash and mash; blend with apple mixture in skillet.
